Sessions & Fees
My current fees are $210 per hour.
You may book an appointment through phone and e-mail.
I offer a short initial meeting by phone as an introduction and opportunity to discus the issues that are prompting you to seek counseling.
With relationship concerns I recommend couples attend together initially and book a 1 ½ hr. session.
Current research into counseling and psychotherapy indicates that regardless of the therapeutic modality practiced the main indicator that predicts success is the nature of the relationship between the therapist and the client. To this end, after a session, I invite clients to comment on four areas as follows:
- Did you feel heard, valued and respected?
- Did you work on what you wanted to work on?
- Does the therapist’s approach work for you?
- Overall satisfaction with today’s session.
